I’m still jokingly blamed for this


I was on the field helping pull the tarp without a radio to say anything for or against a song. They were taking song requests and I heard someone say Enter Sandman was coming up and it wasn’t me who asked for it. I don’t think the 1 minute instrumental opening finished, as soon as the Hokies got hype, someone was like turn it off, turn it off, turn it off on the radio.

So henceforth Enter Sandman has been banned at UT softball. Made a cameo when UT hosted the SEC Tournament in 2017 I think because it was a visiting players at-bat song, lol.
